Incompetent and they just don’t care.
Three years after buying a flat in Hove I still am not registered as the owner at the Land Registry. MWB knew about the problem 8 months after completion but did nothing about it. They didn’t even tell me. When I discovered the problem after two years they completely failed to resolve for more than 11 months and now I am using a different firm. They spend months doing nothing and took 9 months to even contact the sellers solicitor about the problem. Nick Walsh should be ashamed of himself.
