Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable Insolvency Specialist Solicitor
Having used Darwin Gray on a number of insolvency related issues I have always found Kate and her team to be extremely professional, and able to provide very clear advice. They will always look to find a solution without the need (if possible) to resort to litigation in order to keep costs down and maximise recoveries for the estate.
Kate and her team are also very friendly and easy to discuss matters with.
I would highly recommend Kate and her team for any insolvency related matters.

Advice and assistance with a Deed of assignment in a bankruptcy case
As a trustee in bankruptcy I needed assistance with negotiations and a deed of assignment which needed to be completed to a deadline. Mark Rostron and Kate Heaney could not have been more helpful. After many drafts of the Deed they managed the task to a successful conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others if asked.
