Thorough and patient
Feakes and Co were terrific for the writing of our wills. We initially had a zoom videocall with the Principal Michael, and received draft wills with detailed explanatory notes. There were a couple of things we wanted to understand more fully so we then met with Michael direct at the Feakes & Co offices. We now have our final wills and have been very happy with the service and cost.
We were slow to reply/progress on occasions and the firm were very patient.

Excellent professional legal service
I required legal services to enable me to ad some changes to a previous will. My will was slightly out of the ordinary i that my wife is non domiciled in this country so certain different rules and allowances re IHT etc apply.
I had contaced Mr Michael Feakes re these allowances etc previously and was impressed with important information he passed on to me that other solicitors seemed uninformed about. That's why I chose Freaks when I was ready to redraft my will.
I was very pleased with all aspects of the process. Michael Freaks is very knowlegable and offered well thought out advice. Everything was handled in a very friendly and professional way. In conclusoon I felt happy and contented that my last wishes had been correctly committed to my Will.

A Most Professional Operation
I wanted to replace a previous will that had become outdated. An appointment was quickly made and a meeting with Michael Feakes arranged. The will was prepared, agreed and signed. The process was straight forward and handled, face to face where appropriate, in a most professional and friendly manner.
As a consequence, I am asking them to handle a separate property matter for me.
Nice people to work with. I shall continue to ask them to deal with my affairs.
