Leasehold Flat purchase
I worked with Aisha from Smart Legal for two purchase attempts, the first where I withdrew from the process myself, and the second search which I completed as a first time buyer. During this time Aisha was exceptionally thorough and consistent, and always made herself available to support me with any queries or guidance. It was clear she really cared about her clients and would go beyond usual working practices to ensure the best result for her client.

Excellent Solicitors - Highly Recommend
Given past poor experience with solicitors, I spent more time this time round reading reviews/feedback.
The reviews for Smart Legal we're overall positive and I decided to proceed.
Thankfully I did - they have been absolutely superb. Everything you want in a solicitor during a stressful process. Aisha in particular has been beyond excellent. Always made herself available to discuss queries and easy to get through to - which is notoriously difficult with many other solicitors.

Great service, 5 stars from us!!
I and my Husband we just bought our first home, the experience was amazing, in just little over 2 months we were all sorted, with keys in hands and ready to start a new chapter in our first home :)
Aisha was amazing, she looked after us since day one, she had lots of patience, very friendly and easy to talk to when we needed advice.
We will recommend Smart Legal to anyone that is looking to get their first or second home, or whatever, they will not disappoint.
