Jayne enjoys the diversity of both residential and commercial property work and finds that the benefit of dealing with both areas of law, enables her to provide a wider range of advice to her Clients Jayne originally started working in a local firm of solicitors in 1987 primarily as a legal assistant and then in 1994 commenced training as a Legal Executive and also, working full time, she qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1999. Once qualifying as a Fellow, Jayne then continued with her studying at the College of Law and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Jayne remained with her original firm for over 22 years until in 2010, she formed McCarthy Webb with her co Principal Tina Webb.

Conveyancing
I felt very well supported during the whole process. Of particular help was knowing that the support would be there when i needed it despite my divorce taking a lot longer than anticipated. The only feedback I would give relates to the signing of the document which was posted to me. I would have signed this in person if offered the opportunity as this would have been quicker. Otherwise a 5 star service. Thank you.

Perfection at its best
My experience with this company restored my faith in the Legal Profession.
It was as though they took my ironing pile, ironed out the mega creases and returned it to me neatly sorted and folded in rapid time.
I feel as though a heavy weight has been removed from my head and shoulders.

Re mortgaging
Both Jayne and Darcey worked extremely hard in a very trying and pedantic case. They went over and above what was asked of them to ensure a successful outcome. I don't think we would be where we are today without their patience, doggedness and professionlism.

Fantastic Solicitors.

Rolls Royce service from Eastbourne's top property firm
This was for the sale of one of Eastbourne's largest commercial properties. We comprised four lawyers/retired lawyers and so it is fair to say that we had exacting standards from our property lawyers Jayne and Darcy at the firm. This was the second big transaction we have used them for this year and we have been very impressed with the high level of professionalism, attention to detail and care that they have shown throughout both transactions.
