She was awarded PCS’ first training contract which commenced in summer 2022 and she qualified as a Solicitor with PCS in May 2024. She now plans to embark on her journey to achieving “TEP” (Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner) status. She graduated from the University of Law in 2018 and completed the Legal Practice Course and Masters with a distinction in 2019. She has solely dealt with Private Client law since finishing education and has worked alongside renowned Partners and Solicitors in the Manchester market. Melissa assists with all areas of Private Client law more specifically in relation to estate administration, preparing Probate applications, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust Registration, Court of Protection applications and assisting professional deputies.

Great help throughout.
I have been dealing with a lovely lady Melissa who has been there for me start to finish with my WILL. I have always had first class service from Private Client Solicitors.
