Fantastic Service

Excellent service
I cannot fault the service I received from Easthams. The speed of response to emails was fantastic and I was kept updated throughout the process of selling my house.
Thank you so much to Hannah and Jade for your kindness and being so approachable. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I am so greatful to them for making the sale of my house so easy!

Just completed on the sale of a property with the help of both Hannah and Jade. I have to say, probably the best conveyancers I've used in many years buying and selling property. Friendly, polite, efficient, professional, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thoroughly recommended.

Hannah & Jade are superstars!
I recently used Easthams for the purchase of my new property and dealt with Hannah and Jade. Both were so efficient and so lovely to communicate with. I was kept in the loop throughout and they we super easy to get in touch with. This is the second time I've used Easthams for conveyancing and will certainly use them again if I need to. Thank you!!

Always professional and efficient.
I have used Easthams for property purchases and sales for 20+ years and they have always been professional and efficient.
On this occasion, I was assigned Hannah Cooper-Bowes and Jade Glendinning from Easthams. They were both very professional and efficient in replying to any queries and were always ahead of the game.
We had a challenging and difficult transaction due to an incompetent solicitor in the chain, but Hannah and Jade dealt with all issues swiftly and were always on hand to provide updates and advice.

The best service
Hannah and Jade were invaluable during the sale of our house. The sale was rather difficult and we had all the support we could ask for during the whole process. I would highly recommend Easthams to anyone in need of conveyancer during the stressful sale/ purchase process. First Class service!

Property sale
Great work by Hannah and Jade at Easthams in Blackpool. They got the sale through quickly and effectively. Would recommend. They were really thorough too so I would also definitely use them to buy a property in future as I believe they would be really particular. Easy to contact and prompt responses to emails…If you are a bit ‘old school’ and prefer to use the phone rather than email it is a bit more tricky to contact - same anywhere with that. Will use again, thank you.
