Straightforward renewal of wills
We needed to update our wills (mine and my wife's) which were over 28 years old. I discovered that Herrington Carmichael had acquired the company who prepared and held our old wills. I contacted Herrington Carmichael and was contacted by them. Their nearest office was in Ascot. So we arranged to meet someone based at Fanborough at the Ascot office. We had a lengthy and worthwhile discussion in order to agree what would be in the new wills. We were sent drafts of the wills which needed little change. We then had another short meeting at Ascot to sign the wills. All very straightforward.
