I am Managing Partner and co-founder of Thomas Mansfield Solicitors, a firm established in 2004 with a vision to deliver outstanding legal services in employment, dispute resolution, family and wills and probate. I bring a business-focused perspective to the firm, with a focus on providing outstanding service and innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs. While managing the firm, I provide strategic advice on complex employment law issues and sensitive litigation cases. I focus on ensuring clients experience a proactive, tailored and results-driven approach. My experience includes advising large organisations on whistleblowing, sexual harassment and TUPE-related claims, as well as supporting senior employees with high-value exit packages.
