Sale and purchase
During the earlier stage of the sale of our property I felt like we weren’t having great communication, however this did improve and I found Paula very helpful, proactive and approachable. We then encountered a difficult period of time where Taylor Wimpey did a u turn on our agreed part exchange, and the communication at this stage was again poor, I am not sure if this was purely from Taylor Wimpey or whether Kieron could have been more proactive at finding out what was happening when we were very much in the dark and things had dragged on for months when we were expecting to exchange contracts in six weeks. I did submit a formal complaint to Taylor Wimpey and ended up having one of their managers act as a coordinator to help the process progress as it had got stuck and nobody appeared to try and move things along. This is why I have given 4 stars. Once we had agreed exchange of contracts things moved very well from that point onwards and I did have confidence that Kieron and Paula were competent in their roles.

House sale & purchase - part exchange
Both Kieron and Paula were professional, efficient, courteous and helpful during our part exchange. There were many enquiries and documents that needed our attention and they answered everything we asked. Everything was done in a timely way. Any delays were due to the other party's team. We would recommend Risdons for conveyancing services.

Went the extra mile
Paula at Risdons acted on our behalf for the sale of our house. We were unknowingly one of a long chain, and we had set our hearts on a new property. Paula went the extra mile when it came to chasing our buyers solicitor, giving us good advice and generally caring for us as clients helping us achieve buying our new property. We were most impressed and grateful, and would not hesitate to recommend Risdons.

Having the office in the town centre it was easy for me to call in to drop paperwork off & also talk to someone face to face if I needed to. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Smooth and timely process
Purchased a house using the services of Risdons. Dealing with Keiron for the purchase and Paula for the old property sale. Everything went smoothly and completed promptly. Good communication and lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend.
