Quick and Smooth House Sale
Would like to say how pleased we was using Martin Tolhurst Ashford for my late mothers house sale. They was polite and quick to reply to our queries\questions. Alan Steven’s and Legal Secretary Caroline Brooks made the whole process from start to finish smooth and easy.

An excellent service!
We have recently sold and purchased a house using Martin Tolhurst, Alan Stevens and his conveyancing team.

Conveyancing the sale of my house
For various reasons, three buyers backed out of buying my house. Alan Stevens, Caroline Brooks and Dawn Beasley took all this in their stride and remained firmly in control of the legal process throughout. They were responsive, efficient and dealt with everything immediately. I recommend using this excellent law firm.

Excellent Service

First rate service
I was with this solicitors for about 18 months due to first house falling through and I can truthfully say that from beginning to end they were excellent,they kept in touch, rang when they said they would,always answered the phone and any queries dealt with by the 2 lovely secretaries who were polite,knowledgable and empathic.I would not hesitate to use them again if I was buying in Kent.

We used Martin Tolhurst for our sale and purchase and they were amazing. Always at the end of the phone when I needed them and walked me through the whole process with ease. I would definitely recommend them.

A fantastic experience
We used Martin Tolhurst to purchase our first home. We had a tight deadline as we were ending our tenancy agreement; they listened and were so fast and efficient at every step. Every step was recorded and dated in an app so we could see where we were and what we had left for completion. When our solicitor, Alan, had a week annual leave, our case was picked straight up and dealt with in his absence.
Our estate agent said when we went to pick up our keys that this is the quickest transaction in her 3 years.
I would definitely recommend.

Purchased retirement flat
From start to finish they did what they said they would do.

House move
We were introduced to Martin tolhurst solicitors but our selling again Monkford &hunt. Can I just say how amazed we are by not only the speed of our solicitor and the information we have been kept upto date with the entire.process but also he has personally telephoned us to explain in details a couple of issues that arose.
