Trademark advice and solution
We have used Woodfines for Employment Law issues for many years, but fortunately have not been in a position to require advice on commercial law until recently.
Our matter of concern was referred to Claire as we required advice on how to deal with a competitor making use of our name to divert customers to themselves. Claire was extremely thorough on her research into the use, gave advice and drafted the communication to the MD of that company, which as of this date has resolved the problem. We hope there are no re-occurrences of this, or that another competitor does not try the same, but would happily revert any matters to Claire in the future.

Woodfines - First Class
Claire, Svetlana, Olivia and Gabrielle were excellent from start to finish. No stone was left unturned from a legal standpoint and a customer service standpoint too. Nothing was ever a problem and they explained everything in an easy to understand way. We would recommend them to everyone.

Fast and acurate
Claire helped quickly and adequatly. As a Dutch lawyer I had a rather special and unusual situation under English law that needed assessment. Het assessment helped me.
