Great result
My experience with abv was a lengthy one of over 2.5 years.
I initially had a wonderful lady by the name of Dilan who was 100% supportive and really helped me and gave me a sense that she was on my side. She always went above and beyond to ensure my case and myself were fully prepared and made to feel at ease.
Let’s just say she has my back and worked really ensuring I got the best outcome.
My barrister at my trial and sentencing was absolutely without a doubt INCREDIBLE!!
He made sure to get every point across and argued my case eloquently.
I am extremely thankful for these 2 people especially, I can now relax and move on with my life in a positive way.

I was arrested by the police and taken to HMP Belmarsh. I was not told of the reason for my arrest neither was i charged with any offence. My family contacted Somsul Hoque for ABV Solicitors for his assistance. Somsul kindly came to visit me at prison and pursued the courts and challenged the reason for my detention. The court then contacted the prison to release me immediately. I was asked to appear at court for contempt of court which was discontinued. Somsul was tenacious and proactive when dealing with my case and provided me with clear advice. Somsul great legal knowledge and expertise helped in achieving a favourable outcome. I would recommend Somsul and use him again

Miracle
I was represented by Somsul Hoque @ ABV Solicitors in a driving matter. Somsul prepared by case and got evidence for my mitigation. As a result i avoided a ban from driving for a very long time. Without Somsul's hard work i would have certainly been banned from driving resulting in losing my job. When dealing with my case Somsul was always approachable and provided me with clear and sensible advice. Somsul was tenacious when preparing my case and argued for the prosecution to drop the case. Eventually, the prosecution dropped all charges and my case was discontinued. Somsul demonstrated great legal knowledge and his wealth of experience in order to get the right result.
