Advice with settlement agreement and company exit strategy
The support from Gareth was excellent, he provided a clear and balanced view on a contractually complex employment situation, giving me confidence on my position and realistic views on the potential outcomes.
The advice and continual support provided enabled me to follow a tactical and pragmatic approach with my employer. Which resulted in the successful negotiation of a settlement agreement and exit timeline that suited my goal perfectly.

Great Guidance During a Challenging Period...
**Outstanding Support in a Difficult Employment Case**
I was recommended to contact Gareth after being blindsided by an unfair dismissal case that came out of the blue. From the outset, he provided clear, professional guidance and helped me navigate what turned out to be a long and difficult process.
The opposing company’s legal team was particularly challenging—Gareth even noted they were among the worst he had encountered in his 20 years of employment law. Despite this, he remained steadfast, realistic, and strategic in his approach. While this wasn’t a case that led to a lottery-winning settlement, Gareth helped me assess the risks involved, including the potential for astronomical legal costs. Ultimately, we made the tough but sensible decision to settle, understanding that sometimes, the battle itself isn’t worth the cost.

Thorough and timely
When I was offered a severance package in 2022 Gareth was recommended to me to help with the settlement agreement.
