Great, straightforward and speedy advice

Confidere Legal
Gareth is a very good man to have on your side! I wouldn't want to be on the other side though. Gareth spotted serious procedural issues with my wife's case straight away, and followed them through very efficiently, and she won substantial compensation.

Advice with settlement agreement and company exit strategy
The support from Gareth was excellent, he provided a clear and balanced view on a contractually complex employment situation, giving me confidence on my position and realistic views on the potential outcomes.
The advice and continual support provided enabled me to follow a tactical and pragmatic approach with my employer. Which resulted in the successful negotiation of a settlement agreement and exit timeline that suited my goal perfectly.
