I am a Trainee Solicitor in the Private/Business Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I joined the firm in October 2021 and work under the supervision of Director and Solicitor, Tamana Aziz, with a dedicated team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers. I advise and assist privately funded clients on a wide range of immigration matters. These include applications for Settlement, Nationality and Citizenship, Passports/Travel Documents, Family Reunion, Spouse/Partner/Fiancé, Visitor Visas, Global Talent, Representatives of an Overseas Business, Sponsorship Licences, Skilled Worker Visas as well as applications outside of the Immigration Rules. I have also assisted with Public Law matters such as applications for Judicial Review. I will be working with Tamana to gain further experience in complex immigration matters including deportation, appeals, Human Rights applications, country guidance applications as well as the aforementioned applications.
