Sale of house in Newton Hall
We used Hathaways when we bought a house in Newton Hall in 2018, and was very happy with their service, so we chose them again when the sale was agreed a few months ago. Their service has again been excellent.
The senior lawyer and her assistant have been efficient and friendly throughout. I have never had to chase them for a reply or any action, because they have been pro-active and prompt at every stage.
Our buyers have been slow and awkward to deal with but Hathaways have been polite and courteous whilst pressing for progress at every appropriate opportunity.
They obtained a successful outcome with completion last week at a stage when I was losing patience with our buyers and was under a lot of personal stress. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
