I have used Fishers for many years, I would go nowhere else. Amanda Payne and her team are always super efficient, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Transactions are always quickly executed. What more would you wish for? Highly recommended

Second time using Fishers, would highly recommend
Great service without any of the delays that are often associated with buying and selling a house.
Hopefully I won’t need to use again, but if we’re on the move, it’ll be the first port of call.

Really awkward, out of area, leasehold purchase.
Amanda handled this with diligence and great care especially as it was 'out of area'.
Always available for me and handled all queries quickly and personally. I have great respect for Amanda who is a friendly face not just an email address like some.of the remote solicitors firms you get. You can speak to her on the phone and face to face.
Are Fishers the cheapest? No, but you get what you pay for and Amanda is worth her weight in gold. You absolutely get peace of mind which, afterall, is what you look for in a great solicitor.

Excellent
Amanda has helped us navigate the sale and purchase of our house. She went over and above to ensure that we understood the process and made what could be a very stressful time extremely smooth. Communication was timely, helpful and not overwhelming.
Amanda and her team were exceptionally professional yet friendly and. Caring at the same time.

Friendly and Professional
We sold and bought using Fishers solicitors, and they handled the entire process with excellent professionalism teamed with a friendly and approachable nature. Throughout the process they kept us up to date with regular updates and provided clear explanation of how the process would unfold as well as what was required of us to make it go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to provide solid advice or assist us in completing the required paperwork. Amanda Payne and Abi Foster were absolutely fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Do not use Fishers Solicitor
Lost the Deeds to my propert, Mrs A Payne was very unhelpful.
I called today 20/3/2024 to collect my Wills....they have lost my Will.Unprofessional

Sale of property.
Very professional and responsive, the sale became protracted when when my father passed away before completion and probate meant the sale fell through.
Amanda managed the whole process in an efficient way that removed the associated stresses.

Exceptional communication and support
I have always had exceptional service from Fishers and their knowledge is really second to none.
There is always someone at the end of the phone should you need them with communication at the core of everything they do.
They will always offer honest, frank advise to ensure whatever decision or matter you feel comfortable and informed.
