Thank you for your response and for reinforcing my original thoughts and opinions of Tucker Solicitors.

Please rest assured that I would never have chosen your company, and certainly won’t in the future. One of your colleagues was allocated to me as a Duty Solicitor.

I find it quite disappointing that you’re obviously so secure in your position as a provider of Legal Aid/ Assistance that you feel you can respond the way you have.

I will obviously be forwarding your response and my thoughts on the services you provide, at Public Expense, to people I hope will take my concerns with more seriousness and forward thinking attitude.

I have no more interest in you “checking out a bail address” than it would appear you do with the use of grammar and punctuation in your written correspondence. Maybe your words would have been better used assuring me that some positive action would be taken to up your companies game.

Is it possible both you and Mr Atkinson are of similar thinking?

Finally, if you wish to cancel Mr Saaed’s attendance at Maidstone PS then do me the courtesy of informing both Chief Constable Smith and Chief Inspector McLellan. Ch Insp McLellan will then be able to inform me of a new appointment and more capable legal representation.
