An exceptional team who I cannot fault
I enquired with lots of solicitors when I was seeking help for my partner who had received unprofessional and unfair treatment from his previous lawyer. We had about 24hrs to try and find new representation and Mike was the only one who stepped up to the plate. It was a very tricky and stressful situation which understandably most people didn’t want to take on, but I will be eternally grateful to Mike for helping us. He gave us hope in a very stressful and dark time. When dealing with the law I think the average person doesn’t know what’s right and wrong, but having dealt with Mike and his team I know they do things very RIGHT. Communication was excellent - I think it’s easy to undermine how daunting hearing lots of legal language can be, but Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we understood and knew what we needed to do and why we were doing it. That attention to detail eased a lot of our worries and we finally had clarity on a matter which had been confusing for years. I can’t thank Mike enough for everything he did for us, we were probably the textbook definition of a nightmare client, but Mike didn’t allow us to feel that way. He surpassed the call of duty and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

A truly amazing solicitor
I asked Michael's help after being left down by my previous solicitors.
Since the very beginning Michael showed great kindness, patience and understanding during my many and complex enquiries.
The support he provided me was above and beyond anything I had previously received.
Despite the complexity of my case the outcome was the best possible and beyond my expectations.
During the hearing the wise and astute barrister recommended by Michael managed to literally annihilate and embarass the prosecution, which eventually had to accept the defeat.
I cannot be grateful enough to Michael and his colleague Filiz Ekrem for having accepted my case and taken the courageous decision to represent me when everything seemed lost and everyone else didn't believe me.

A very complex case
Michael and his team acted professionally and with expertise in a very difficult and complexed case. My son got the best outcome he possibly could considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend The Super Team At Your Service !!!!!!!

A selfless professional
Coming from an awful experience with a former solicitor, to then changing what firm I was with to then having an individual such as Mike was nothing but a breath of fresh air. He took on my case within a moments notice and worked tirelessly to provide me with everything I needed. His communication and selfless commitment is second to none and I’m truly grateful for everything him and his team did for me on such a short notice. Right solicitor, right team, good outcome
I engaged Michael in a case on behalf of a relative who had committed an offense whilst being mentally unwell. The charges were serious and carried a mandatory prison sentence. Michael, his team and the (his) well chosen barrister were able to argue exceptional circumstances in a Newton case trial, resulting in a non-custodial sentence - a great outcome.
Michael and his colleague, Filiz Ekrem, who also worked the case, demonstrated strong insight and experience, great advocacy, compassion and kindness for the vulnerable defendant throughout the case, which made the whole stressful process so much easier.
I am very happy with having chosen Michael and Cartwright King and would highly recommend them.
