Jennifer was fantastic. She was able to communicate professionally and skillfully, whilst remaining friendly, reassuring and approachable. She understood clearly what I was seeking, and was able to enact it promptly and accurately. I cannot thank or praise her enough.

Unfortunately, the wider team at Stowe appeared unprofessional and rather chaotic. I encountered multiple issues with billing, errors in work, instructions not followed, and a total absence of communication. Whilst I would highly recommend Jennifer, based on my experience, I cannot say the same for Stowe.
