Took forever to get things done, was disheartened throughout the whole process. Communication by email only. Delays created unnecessary costs. I had to do so much to push things through tbh not really sure what they even did other than pass information i gathered to the banks solicitor. The entire process took 6 months for a remortgage. Its really difficult and frankly cumbersome to communicate only by email. A simple 5 min phone call once a week or bi-weekly would have been sufficient. When we did speak they were very polite and helpful so didn't understand the awkwardness through email.
