Ashwood solicitors provided me with excellent service in relation to my injury at work claim, I was working for one of the UK’s largest PLC, Ashwood solicitors was excellent in their knowledge and experience and really make you feel at ease discussing any concerns with them. I was able to resolve my dispute due to their guidance. In this particular issue my case had just gone on for 2.5 years but no fault to Ashwood. I was told at the beginning that the 3rd party would try delaying tactics, a fine example that demonstrate Ashwood’s experience in this field. While my case was going on I was given regular updates by email and telephone to let me know what was going on, it also great to see senior management are all taking a hands on approach to your case and are prepared to get involved when necessary. I've had dealings with this company in particular with solicitor Melissa Perkins, she had been dealing with claim of negligence for me. From start to end this company has been highly professional and also I would say which is very rare for a lae firm has some of the human touch were they actually care! As my case came to closure this week Melissa was actually on annual leave and to be perfectly honest I was slightly disheartened by this thinking it might not be dealt with properly as my solicitor who was well aware of the case is not here but I didn't have to worry at all I was contacted daily this week but miss Chaudhry who Melissa had passed the case onto and we ended up getting a result 2 days before it had to go to court I cannot say enough about this company, Bravo
