Joint Wills
Hello.
We wanted to create our joint will for piece of mind and to safeguard every eventuality by setting up a trust for our son.
My mum had used Actons for her will and she was very happy with the service she had received from her lawyer, Bindaya Patel
Our lawyer was Charley Bellamy and before meeting her we had drafted our requests for the joint will and she explained what was possible and the best way forward on several legal points.
We felt comfortable with Charley and she was very professional in her explanations on matters in our best interests.
Overall, a very worthwhile and simple process to manage and clarify our legal and financial affairs.
I would definitely use Actons again and I would also recommend their services to others.
