FTB House Purchase Conveyancing
The short and thin of it is:
1. Cheaper than competitors.
2. Expedient, and a high quality service.
3. With respect to FTB, happy to hand hold through twists and turns of Conveyancing.
The longer answer, we were recommended GGP Law for Conveyancing service by a close friend who also had a very positive experience. From start to end, Katherine (our Solicitor of GGP Law) was single-handedly and expediently driving searches, communications, chasing the other side's solicitors against a no fault eviction deadline we had. Our seller's had an added complication of two solicitors for their buy and sell, which she managed masterfully. Katherine fought our corner for cementing dates, expectations, and made the entire process transparent and digestible for us FTB. The cherry on the cake is they are a more value service than their nearest and national competitors, whilst being readily accessible, proactive and personable.
I will absolutely be recommending GGP Law, and Katherine if you are lucky enough to have her allocated to your case. If you are searching for a Conveyancing Solicitor, stop searching, you've found them.

First Class Service

Katherine Davies is exceptionally great!
We have used Katherine of GGP law Merthyr Tydfil on 2 house sales and purchases and I would highly recommend her service. She provides clear advise and prompt communication/responses. Moving home is a stressful experience but Katherine takes the stress out of the legal process.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a solicitor who engaged with me as a client, kept me updated and actively engaged with the estate agent and buyer's solicitors.
