Following the identification of a short notice auction property (4 days to auction including a weekend), Jasmine jumped into action. She conducted a review of the legal pack, submitted enquiries to the Vendor's conveyancer and responded to enquiries we had identified from the legal pack too.
Jasmine pulled a late night, weekend shift, to make this work for us and we couldn't be more grateful. Would happily recommend and will use again in the future.

Speedy and efficient service by Jasmine
Jasmine supported me with the transfer of ownership of my family home following a lengthy divorce case. Thanks to her help, my eight-year-long case concluded successfully and efficiently. Jasmine followed up diligently with my ex-husband's solicitor and was on top of the case, pushing them to adhere to the strict deadline. I would definitely recommend working with Jasmine.

Fabulous service from Jasmine - highly recommended!
I recently instructed Waterstone Legal for the sale of my late parents’ house. My initial approach to the firm was met with patience and clarity as I outlined my requirements with Nithi – I was impressed and so I signed up.
After the onboarding I dealt with Jasmine Chaudry who was efficient, courteous and friendly throughout the process.
Great communication - Jasmine was very responsive to my queries, often replying within minutes, and in turn I worked with her to ensure that she was not waiting for any stray documents from me.
Thanks to Jasmine the sale went through in 8 weeks and we beat the April 2025 stamp duty increase which I’m sure helped our buyers enormously.
The swift completion also gave me as Executor much needed peace of mind.

Sale of commercial and private
My experience with Waterstones Legal was impeccable throughout, a stressful sale as the buyer wasn’t an easy person and what should have been an easy journey took so much longer. I had faith in my Solicitor Jasmine who took the brunt of the stress and navigated us through the sale to completion. I cannot thank Jasmine enough as she was thorough, approachable and acted on our behalf impeccably.
