Redundancy advice
I had an urgent requirement for an employment solicitor to verify a termination agreement. After one phone call I met Helen, and one video meeting later the task was completed. Helen is a great communicator, explaining the various laws and regulations in a very simple language, and is an expert in her field.
I have no reservation in recommending Helen to anybody needing any employment law help and guidance.

Support with Settlement Agreement
In an unpleasant employment situation Helen Phillips was supportive, clear and practical. I felt she listened. With the settlement agreement she was thorough and suggested sensible improvements which the other side agreed. All was done in a timely manner and I felt I could trust her. She respected my desire for complete confidentiality and the fixed fee was reasonable. I would very much recommend her services.

Amazing Solicitor

Legal services for redundancy/mutual agreement support

Helpful and efficient
Helen at Just Employment did a great job sorting out my Employment Settlement. She was really helpful, negotiated quite a few things with my employer, was very thorough and made the process quick and easy and helped me acheive a good outcome.
