First class service
I instructed McAlister Family Law to handle the financial settlement aspect of my divorce. My matter was handled by Lisa Brown, one of the partners at McAlister.
Right from my initial conversation with Lisa, it was clear that I was in excellent hands; throughout the process Lisa was always available and consistently provided clear, honest and professional advice. I was also kept fully up to date as the matter progressed, which is so very important when working through situations like these.

Excellent work
Excellent advice and friendly approach. Had a long drawn out process and was supported throughout with solid advice and support. Hope I never have to use family lawyers again but if I do I will know where to go.

Financial support for our child
I am so thankful and forever grateful to Lisa and the team at McAlister Family Law. Lisa's legal advice and expertise helped me significantly, she held my hand with warmth and support throughout the process of obtaining financial support from my (frustratingly avoidant) ex-partner for our young son in what was such an extremely difficult period of my life. Lisa has been very caring, calming and understanding and felt like a true friend throughout. She is very approachable, personable and professional. I honestly don't think i would've got through it all without Lisa. The best outcome for my son. Highly recommended.

Couldn't ask for better representation
Maguire family law represented me and my son in a complex family issue in court. I was previously represented by another firm however I was not happy with there services. From the 1st time I spoke with Lisa and Rob at maguire family law they actually listened to what I had to say and the amount of expert knowledge and advice they both had on every issue was very reassuring. For me i had a few financial issues however the help I received from them was worth every penny. They make you feel safe and looked after, even nice touches such as checking up on you just before court or to see how you are. Any questions I had where answered promptly and advice given personalised to me rather than just in general. I wish all my experiences with solicitors where as positive as my experience with this firm. Highly recommend.
