Recently used Wolferstans to conveyance a complex house purchase. Tishka Chapman handled the process. She was on hand every step of the way and was absolutely brilliant. She was excellent at keeping in touch and kept updating me throughout. She went out of her way to respond promptly, even at weekends. I am so impressed at how hard both her and the team worked, they really did make the process run smoothly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again in the future (not that I’ll need to now that I’m finally settled in our forever home!). Excellent service
Clear guidance given in a friendly, timely and professional manner. I haven't been in direct contact with my solicitor, but her assistant has been amazing and it is her I am recommending.

Fantastic Service!
I have used Wolferstans to buy two houses and for the sale of my previous house. I could not recommend them enough. My main communication was with Tishka and Kath and they were both fantastic. Completely on the ball and a joy to speak to. They got the sales through and quick as they could, always one step ahead. I will be using them for any future purchases or sales.

Great service well recommended

Approachable
Selling a house isn't the easiest thing to do but the staff I dealt with were very helpful and explained everything in such a helpful way.Nothing was too much bother and I was never made to feel that I was asking silly questions.
