Buying a new property
Michelle handled the conveyancing on my new property. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and dealt with the vendors solicitor and estate agent. Michelle made the whole process seamless and took a lot of stress out of the situation. I can’t thank her enough.

First class service
The service we received was first class. We were able to complete in very short timescales because Michelle worked really closely with us, regularly turning things round in hours not days. Our situation was not simple and yet the whole thing has been completed brilliantly. Communications have needed to be excellent between us but also with our purchases solicitors. Couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you Michelle and all the team.

thorough and professional
I feel that Michelle was very thorough & professional. The real added value for me was that this sale was managed efficiently whilst I was working abroad & it only needed one ‘in-person’ visit to your office, which I was able to do on a brief trip back to the UK.

Streamlined service
