Selling my sister's house as P.O.A.
Jessica guided us carefully through the whole process of selling my sister's house. She was friendly courteous, quick to respond to questions and helped to make the whole process less intimidating. I wish her well on her career ahead.

Wouldn't recommend to first-time buyers
As a first-time buyer it is difficult to understand the buying process and what is expected of you from various contacts. We found it very difficult to understand what was expected form us as very little information was communicated from the solicitors. Some information we were asked to send multiple times and when information was sent we did not receive confirmation of it being received. We had to chase them multiple times for updates and had to call or go in person to try and aid communication. When it came to all the checks being completed we had to reach out to ask how long it would be and would only be told "soon". Then we received very last minute dates from them even when we had repeatedly told them we have to give a months notice on our rental. They were very disorganised and even did not have personal contact information for myself the day we were supposed to exchange which delayed the exchange. The information was requested at 4pm via email, leading to the exchange date being delayed by a day. This was increasingly frustrating for us during this already stressful time. On top of all of this they were extremely expensive! Really would not recommend if you want a fast and easy buying experience.

Outstanding service from Jessica
Jessica Bonfield acted for my wife and I recently for the sale of our b-t-l property.
Jessica provided an outstanding service for us; she was helpful, responsive to queries, knowledgeable and professional. Jessica was always courteous and patient which was particularly helpful given at times the very difficult nature of the purchaser. I have no hesitation in recommending Jessica and would happily engage her services again.

Highly Recommended!
As a first time buyer I was slightly anxious about the process and there was a lot I didn't know. But Jessica was amazing - she kept me informed during the whole process and I could see by the from her work that she was putting my interest first at every stage.
She was also responsive, accessible and generally a pleasure to work with. When she was away the sale was picked up by equally helpful colleagues who ensured the momentum was not lost.
All for what i consider a reasonable price. So I couldn't be more please

Conveyancing Services
Martin Tolhurst Solicitors appointed Jessica Bonfield to conduct the legal conveyancing contract for the sale of my Mother's house. Jessica communicated each step of the process clearly and succinctly either via email or during telephone conversation as appropriate, and kept me updated as to queries from the buyers legal team and of key stages of the legal process in real time. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would use this company again.

Friendly, professional and extremly helpful.

House Purchase
