Highly Recommended!
As a first time buyer I was slightly anxious about the process and there was a lot I didn't know. But Jessica was amazing - she kept me informed during the whole process and I could see by the from her work that she was putting my interest first at every stage.
She was also responsive, accessible and generally a pleasure to work with. When she was away the sale was picked up by equally helpful colleagues who ensured the momentum was not lost.
All for what i consider a reasonable price. So I couldn't be more please

Conveyancing Services
Martin Tolhurst Solicitors appointed Jessica Bonfield to conduct the legal conveyancing contract for the sale of my Mother's house. Jessica communicated each step of the process clearly and succinctly either via email or during telephone conversation as appropriate, and kept me updated as to queries from the buyers legal team and of key stages of the legal process in real time. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would use this company again.

Friendly, professional and extremly helpful.
I have been dealing with Jessica for the previous 8 or so months and
I have found her very professional and extremly helpfull.

House Purchase
I used Martin Tolhurst for the purchasing of my property. It was a positive experience from the start to completion. My contact Jessica was very helpful, approachable and responsive. You could always contact her when needing help, and when not available would always get straight back.

Property Sale
We have had an excellent experience during the sale of the property recently.

100% would recommend
Jessica was my solicitor for my house purchase as a first time buyer. Jessica helped me through the whole process from start to finish. Jessica was patient with me when I did not understand the information. Jessica always replied to any email I sent pretty much straight away and was always on hand to answer questions. I would never use another solicitor now in regards to properties. When I decide to sell my property and a buy a new one then I will be asking specifically for Jessica.
She will go far in her career and if you have her as your solicitor then you are in good hands.

Great Help Through First Time Buying Experience
I used Maring Tolhurst as a solicitor during my first time buy and Jessica was brilliant to work with throughout. She clearly explained the process as we went along, filling in gaps in knowledge and helping me to avoid common pitfalls.
There were a few issues with the purchase (on the seller's end) and Jessica helped me get through them and within a fairly decent turnaround time including some very quick actions to get me in my new place before my deadline.
I would definitely consider using them again and would definitely request Jessica to work with next time.

A great experience.
