Property Sale
We have had an excellent experience during the sale of the property recently.

100% would recommend
Jessica was my solicitor for my house purchase as a first time buyer. Jessica helped me through the whole process from start to finish. Jessica was patient with me when I did not understand the information. Jessica always replied to any email I sent pretty much straight away and was always on hand to answer questions. I would never use another solicitor now in regards to properties. When I decide to sell my property and a buy a new one then I will be asking specifically for Jessica.
She will go far in her career and if you have her as your solicitor then you are in good hands.

Great Help Through First Time Buying Experience
I used Maring Tolhurst as a solicitor during my first time buy and Jessica was brilliant to work with throughout. She clearly explained the process as we went along, filling in gaps in knowledge and helping me to avoid common pitfalls.
There were a few issues with the purchase (on the seller's end) and Jessica helped me get through them and within a fairly decent turnaround time including some very quick actions to get me in my new place before my deadline.
I would definitely consider using them again and would definitely request Jessica to work with next time.

A great experience.

A Great Team

Major - conveyancing
Our experience was really good. We were kept informed of all that was going on during the ramifications of the sale and purchase. Jessica kept us well in the loop at all times. We had no worries about anything concerning the negotiations. We had no hesitation in contacting Jessica if we didn't understand anything and she was always patient.
