Professional, knowledgeable & courteous.
Organised a new will with Charlotte Johnson in Barton Upon Humber - and all the employees of Pepperells that we spoke to on a number of occasions were always so very helpful, polite & professional. We had to change a couple of appointments due to workload & they always went out of their way to accomodate us. Charlotte was very knowledgeable, but also down to earth & very easy to discuss personal matters with - and yes would refer them to others needing legal advice/action.

Good sympathetic service
Needed to write and then amend a will. The legal team was receptive a to requests and advised regarding some possible pitfalls.
Communication was good and access to the team straightforward via email and phone when required.

Probate
I used Charlotte's mum on a matter many years ago and she was very good at sorting my problem. I think that Charlotte's learnt a lot from her mother because she treated my parents with a lot of respect whilst working on this probate job. I will definitely use her on any future legal matters.
