Jamal was extraordinarily patient and diligent, carrying me along in a protracted conveyancing process. It took almost four months to complete the sale and he was always calling, texting me to keep me up to date. On many occasions, the lender would ask for the same documents multiple times; he was patient to resend the documents require each time; he was always copying me into the email to keep me in the loop.
