I am a Solicitor within the Public Law and Immigration department. I am privileged to be in this position to aid and represent the most vulnerable in our society. I have significant experience in dealing with vulnerable clients including those in detention, those suffering from complex psychological issues, and victims of torture and trafficking. I have also represented individuals seeking to make initial claims for asylum, and fresh claims, in addition to conducting successful appeals against adverse decisions to the First-tier and Upper Tribunal. I have also been involved in number of Cart-Judicial Review matters. My work consists across a broad range of areas and have extensive experience of cases at the High Court, Upper Tribunal and the First-tier Tribunal. My case load covers vast spectrum of complex public law and immigration, including: Unlawful detention False Imprisonment Breach of consent orders Challenging removals by way of urgent interim relief applications Third Country Removals under the Dublin III Regulation Fresh claim challenges/unlawful denial of appeal rights Appeals at Upper Tribunal and First-tier Tribunal Bail at First-tier Tribunal I have a strong passion for human rights and aim to fight for each client's liberty and to be granted protection from the persecution they fear that they will endure in their home country.
