I was charged with leading role of a large scale county lines cannabis conspiracy Thanks to zabair and the team at harwoods they managed to get the case dropped on myself and all my Co consiritors by proving that the police had not applied for the appropriate permissions to to arrest any of us as was a cross border conspiracy between Scotland or England and then i was released after being on remand 2 weeks ..... I also want point out not 1 ov my 10 co denfendents solicitors notice they hadn't applied for the appropriate permission to arrest people In Scotland involved in the conspiracy so they were forced to drop case.
