I had to make a new will recently. I went to Birckett Long and saw Chloe Walker.
She is a lovely, caring individual who is very knowledgeable in this area. She explained things clearly and was very professional throughout. I was able to ask questions and ask her advice regarding certain things. The will was typed and I went back to sign it the following week.
I would have no hesitation in recommended her services to others using Birckett Long Solicitors inthe future

Very professional, and very pleasant to deal with .. have used before in 2023 regarding pension sharing order and divorce, was very good then , so thought I’d do my will with Birkett long too .
Very prompt with communication and emails .
And prompt to get matters dealt with .

New Will
We were made very welcome on our initial visit, very pleasant office, coffee and biscuits. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Chloe very quickly understood our particular requirements and very soon had drafted out our new Wills

My late mother’s estate
My mother passed away last year and we used Birkett Long LLP Solicitors to deal with the estate.
Chloe Walker managed the whole estate with filling in the required paperwork, applying for Probate and dealing with HM Revenue & Customs through to finalising all the figures.
Chloe was very professional and helpful and always responded quickly to any queries the we had.
We highly recommend using Birkett Long LLP solicitor's especially Chloe Walker when dealing with a loved ones estate.

Superb Service
I have used Birkett Long several times and will do so again when the need arises.
Chloe (Walker) was always prompt in replying and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. She was more than happy to talk things through on the phone when I didn't understand the language used in documents (on more than one occasion!).
I have no hesitation in recommending Chloe and her colleagues at Birkett Long.

Made Lasting Power of Attorneys/Will approachable
I had been putting off registering a will and LPAs for the longest time and realised I needed professional help to ensure these were registered properly. I decided to turn to Birkett Long as I had members of family who had used them before and were happy with the process and results.
Chloe made the whole process easy to understand and put me at ease with her very friendly approach, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

Write up a new will
Excellent,Chloe Walker was the solicitor my solicitor,first I needed to retrieve my late wife’s will which was very hard to do, Chloe was very kind and empathetic and understanding,this helped me so much,even though it may have been very hard for her too. Next I had to update my will again much help and advice,very helpful,and efficient,great coffee from Francis too. Many thanks to you both.
