Brilliant Customer Service

Complex family matter. Great Solicitor
We were assigned to Zakia Hussain, and were really pleased and impressed with the service provided. From the first meeting we found her to be approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Zakia Hussain absolutely fantastic solicitor.
I have worked with Zakia in my family law case for the last 6 months. She has been absolutely dedicated to my case and helping my through the very stressful situation every step of the way. I’m never off the phone too her and needing more advice and she always gets back to me and helps me. Our situation was challenging to say the least, and she got me my deal and more or less everything I wanted about the new contact order. I had already accepted he would be going to be with his father half the time so it feels like a massive result, I’m very happy it’s all done and dusted and we can finally put it all to bed and get on with our lives.

Family court and contact dispute
I feel I was very lucky to have Zakia assigned as my solicitor with what ended up being a long complicated case to regain contact with my child. Zakia was so knowledgeable and supportive in every aspect of the case and dealt with multiagency professionals with the highest level of professionalism and kept me updated at all times. She fought my corner with passion and assertiveness and was always available to answer any questions or worries. Due to Zakia’s involvement in my case I had the best possible outcome and now have regular court ordered contact with my child, Zakia always helped me stay positive during the hardest time of my life and my family and I could never thank her enough!

Family Court - Child Custody
I had the pleasure of having Zakia as my lawyer in my child custody case, I could have not asked for a better solicitor. She was extremely professional, helpful and made me feel at ease during the whole process. Zakia was always available to answer all the my questions reassure me of what the whole process would entail. She was very prepared incredible in court and got my case across perfectly.
I would recommend Zakia to anyone going through Family Court you could not get a better lawyer than her.

Child Arrangement Order
Solicitors Zakia Hussain & Tracy Smith are an absolute asset to Cygnet Law in their knowledge of Family Matters. They dealt with our case with sensitivity (due to certain ill health circumstances), care and understanding and we came to the best conclusion possible.
