Despite the fact that this purchase took considerably longer than anticipated, this was because of complications with the Deed of Variation, which took months to sort out. Our solicitor was extremely thorough and paid great attention to detail, without this we could have made a huge mistake when needing to sell in the future.
I am very happy with the service that I received, and would like to thank Kizzy Packer and her team for their support and efficiency.
