absolutely amazing from from the very beginning HIGHLY recommend!!
after my recent run in with the police i felt duty solicitor didnt really care too much about my case so i opted for forbes, in which ii was allocated Mr. Scully. all i can say is WOW this man really cares about his clients he kept in constant contact with me throughout my proceedings and even out of hours which he is not obligated to do but did anyway because he genuinely cares THAT much about his clients and their wellbeing. i was terrified i was going to go to prison and wouldnt see my son for a very long time. Mr Scully assured me throughout my case i was in safe hands and i really was! today i got to go home to my son and for that i will forever be grateful to Mr Scully. if i could give him a hundred star rating i would he really is one of the best out there at what he does!

Amazing service start to finish. Dave Scully is a legend.
We have had two dealings with Forbes in the last year, One for a crown court case and the other a magistrates case. (For a relative that has been poorly)
All the Communication was amazing! I had to take some control due to my relatives illness and nothing was too much hassle. The re assurance I was given but most importantly the way the situations were handled with integrity and compassion.
Dave Scully was amazing, he has known my relative for some time but also understood the impact this had actually had on myself dealing with it all.
I would recommend Dave to anyone.
If you want someone to fight for the fairest outcome with passion and understanding he is the man for the job!

First Class Service
Scully was extremely understand in regards to my personal case and I felt that not only did he have my back. That he did his upmost to ensure that I felt safe during my time in court. Excellent Service
I recently got off the phone to David after have a bad experience with a previous solicitor after they had given me incorrect advice in relation to a motoring offence resulting in an unfavorable but totally avoidable outcome. After speaking to David i was put at ease in what has been quite a stressful time. David calmly took the time to understand my individual circumstance and needs and took great care in providing the relevant advice and potential outcomes moving forward. I felt listened to and respected throughout the conversation and it is clear that David takes great care and pride in his work while giving his best. As someone of integrity unlike my previous solicitor he did not jump at the chance of taking my money instead after clearly understand my need and giving my outcomes some of which i am able to also do myself David clearly set out the cost of my case and said he would take my case but also gave the option of referring my case onto someone in London as that is where i am based and it might be more cost effective. From speaking to a handful of solicitors in regards to this matter the level of service i received has left a positive enough of an impact that i have decided to leave a review as a return of good will. If i was to use David i would have upmost confidence that i would be in great hands and could trust in his friendly approach and great legal knowledge
