First Class Service
Scully was extremely understand in regards to my personal case and I felt that not only did he have my back. That he did his upmost to ensure that I felt safe during my time in court. I can not thank him enough for all that he did for me, and mitigated my case to the judge in such a respectful and sensitive matter. If I could score 10 stars I would.

Excellent Service
I recently got off the phone to David after have a bad experience with a previous solicitor after they had given me incorrect advice in relation to a motoring offence resulting in an unfavorable but totally avoidable outcome. After speaking to David i was put at ease in what has been quite a stressful time. David calmly took the time to understand my individual circumstance and needs and took great care in providing the relevant advice and potential outcomes moving forward. I felt listened to and respected throughout the conversation and it is clear that David takes great care and pride in his work while giving his best. As someone of integrity unlike my previous solicitor he did not jump at the chance of taking my money instead after clearly understand my need and giving my outcomes some of which i am able to also do myself David clearly set out the cost of my case and said he would take my case but also gave the option of referring my case onto someone in London as that is where i am based and it might be more cost effective. From speaking to a handful of solicitors in regards to this matter the level of service i received has left a positive enough of an impact that i have decided to leave a review as a return of good will. If i was to use David i would have upmost confidence that i would be in great hands and could trust in his friendly approach and great legal knowledge

Driving whilst disqualified
I just want to say how fantastic and amazing Forbes solicitors are, I only told them about my case last Friday and had my court appearance this morning, I thought I would be serving time in prison or community service with 6-12 month ban, possibly being on tag. But David Scully did wonders in court, gave me an early Christmas miracle, outcome was low fine and 6 points and I can drive again and get my life back on track, so massive shout out to a friend of friend introducing me to Paolo Passerini & David Scully, I can’t thank you both enough. If you want real people who our solicitors and highly professional, who care about each individual then this is the firm.

Support for removing SOPO
The support I received from David Scully was excellent. I was impressed with his work when I was initially arrested and knew that I wished him to be an integral part of helping me remove my SOPO and getting me off the register.
Following my initial contact, David gave me appropriate and relevant advice on what to do and supported the gathering of my evidence ready for the counsel in court. Due to his previous work with me, I was confident that his advice was worth following and my case was successful at its first attempt.
I was grateful for his attendance in court with me and provided relevant support to me and the counsel accordingly.
I hope never to need his services again but I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal support.
