Well done Rhys - we got there!
The first time I met Rhys Estop at his office I said I was confident selling my parents' home would be quick and easy! They were the original owners having bought it 67 years ago from new. The purchasers were first time buyers with everything in place and we were chain free. What could possibly go wrong? It turned out to be both complicated and time-consuming thanks to two land registrations, dealing with Powers of Attorney and my father being rather unwell and living 680 miles away. But Rhys did it. And he did it with patience and professionalism and made what could have been a nightmare time as pain-free as possible. Thank you Rhys.
