Spouse dependant visa application (married outside UK)
I had great service from Aschford law regarding my spouse visa application for my wife married 2 months ago.
High praise to Tara ,she was very clear and helpful beyond expectations on what was required for a successful application . We were quite nervous on the process, given we married recently ,she explained and made it straight forward and simplified the process for us.
Last not least forever grateful for aiding us in our milestone ,assisting us with our family life together in UK .We got the desired dependant visa within 30 days of application(priority service)

Elderly parent leave to remain
My sister and I are British citizens and live in the UK. Our elderly mum was living alone in Turkey and she had nobody to take care of her. Seeing the reviews, we contacted Aschfords to find out the best route to bring our mum here so we could look after her. We had to be patient as the process can take some time but finally she has been granted leave to remain. Thank you very much to Shalini and Tara for helping us. We are a family again and stressful days are over.
