Driving penalty

Recent court case
I was charged with driving without due care and attention and failing to stop and report a traffic accident. The police said they had an independent witness and dash-cam footage proving I had hit the other car and that their evidence was so strong I would have to plead guilty. The level of the alleged injury and damage meant that I could be disqualified, get points and pay fines and cost and possibly lose my job.
I contacted John and he took my case. Most people do not know that the police must follow certain laws and procedures when investigating an alleged offence and prosecuting someone. The CPS too must follow the law as they too have time limits on what they do.
On the day of my trial one of John’s team, Alex, represented me in Court. Before any witnesses gave evidence he completely destroyed the police investigation and exposed their failings so much so that the Magistrates threw out the entire case against me.
No matter how much the police tell you that you are wrong and they are right I would recommend that before doing anything you speak to John first and trust in him and his team.

First Class Service
Since my first dealings with John I found him to be reassuringly experienced in all aspects of my case and he was quickly able to determine the most likely outcome despite facing some irregularities in the notice of prosecution. John is very straight but personable which built a level of trust immediately based on the confidence I had gained in our discussions from the outset.
