in charge offence
After searching for days and speaking with many solicitors I decided to go with JHR. From the beginning, John was straight to the point, discussing different options on how we could get the best possible result. He was upfront and honest about the likely outcomes and wasn’t trying to sell me any dreams like other solicitors were. He took plenty of time with me and wasn’t pushing me to make any decisions. All throughout I was able to speak directly with John over the phone or email, answering any questions I had promptly. Already having 3 points on my license as a new driver, I was facing either 10 points or a disqualification up to 6 months which would’ve led to me retaking my driving tests and losing my job. I was buzzing with the end result which was only a 28 day ban! After thinking I was getting a ban of up to 6 months or having to retake my test, to get that result I was over the moon. Johns representation allowed me to get back on the roads within a month, keep my job as an apprentice and not have to retake my driving tests.
