Definitely 100% recommended. I'd never used a solicitors before so I was very anxious. The few I'd spoken to BEFORE Ronaldsons were awful, however Ronaldsons have been amazing in handling my difficult divorce and also my change of name by Deed Poll. I cannot thank them enough. Tracy and Richard reassured and guided me through the whole process in a very timely manner, even with the delays from Covid-19, and kept me up to date at all times. Prices were more than fair, and they will do what they can for their clients to keep costs down if at all possible. Thank you again Ronaldsons. Highly recommended and if needed I will use again in the future.

I cannot rate Richard highly enough. He helped me through the most difficult period of my life, which included two court orders and a very difficult divorce. From our first meeting he put me at ease, explained the process clearly and was down to earth and honest. His advice was, and continues to be invaluable. Tracey from his team was also fantastic. She supported me twice at court, without her help and advice these highly stressful days would have been much harder. Her kindness and knowledge made so much difference.
My family and I have also used Ronaldsons for house sales and purchases and every time the service has been brilliant and the process smooth.
I have and will continue to highly recommend Richard and his team at Ronaldsons.

I highly recommend Richard and his team. I moved to Richard after 3 years with a previous firm. Within a matter of a few months, the divorce was finalised with a positive outcome for both me and my children.
Richard immediately put me at ease, his no-nonsense, plain talking approach with his decisiveness was both refreshing and a godsend. I felt confident from the start in his abilities and professionalism and this, as it turns out, was well founded.
His paralegal Tracy, was an absolute star. She accompanied me to court, guided me throughout the day and working with the barrister, enabled a better deal than it could have been. Tracy made a stressful day easier to cope with.

Outstanding professional
Tracy has been absolutely amazing handling my complex child arrangements battle that has lasted years. Really professional and knowledgeable
Tracy has been absolutely fantastic at supporting me throughout a very stressful court case. She was always very understanding of my financial situation, and took care to keep me well informed. Tracy helped guide me through many forms and legal documents in order to prepare for court hearings, and did a brilliant job in representing me in court, getting my son and I the outcome we desperately needed. Child arrangements order
Tracy supported me during the toughest and mentally draining experience of my life. After going through a very expensive divorce my ex wife thought she could use my daughter as a weapon against me and apply for full custody but with no grounds for this, after 15 months of defending against false allegations we managed to gain shared custody arrangements and have a prohibited steps order against her.
With out the support help guidance from Tracy we wouldn’t of achieved the outcome so my daughter can carry on having the love support and upbringing from her father as she had prior to the separation of her parents and now can carry on as best as we can together.
I can’t thank tracy enough for this and I know if ever there issues I can rely on her support.

An asset to the legal profession
When I first appeared in court I didn’t have a solicitor. I was unprepared, anxious, and a mess. Tracy was then recommended to me and I got in touch with her. That phone call was the best decision I’ve made. Tracy got me booked in straight away and talked me through everything, providing reassurance and great knowledge and answered all questions I had. She is always quick responding to calls and messages and arranging meetings which was amazing as if I was concerned or worried that didn’t last long as she was always there to reassure me and talk me through it. She helped me in more ways than I thought possible. Not only did she support me with the legal side of things but she also even made the effort to check in and see how I was and to make sure myself and my son were both okay. She helped me write statements, supported me with messaging, contact, emails, contact centres and most importantly court and making sure my voice was heard. She ensured that my sons mental and physical wellbeing was her upmost priority at all times. I felt like Tracy actually cared about us, she made me feel so at ease, relaxed and fully supported in every way. She has gone above and beyond and I wouldn’t have gotten even half of where we are today without her. Tracy is a real asset to the legal industry and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you!
