Excellent team, thanks to Darren for all of his guidance and support

Dealing with issues relating to sale of land and buildings.
Darren is very experienced in dealing with property issues including development land and agricultural land. Some complicated issues and Darren provided good advice and put up with my part time knowledge of contracts, land registry and unlocking complicated problems.
His friendly and approachable style is one that would work for most clients.
Kept fee within agreed amounts so no surprises, which is always a plus.

Renewing a Commercial Lease inside the 1954 Act
After 27 years, in the same building, but the son taking the reins from the father, trouble was brewing.
It was important to have a strong legal support to help us through an arduous period, negotiating a new lease despite being inside the 1954 Act. There were definitely times when we could have easily made the wrong move, purely by being wound up by the new broom, but we finally agreed a new 6 year deal, which would not have occurred without the support of Darren and his team.
