I have dealt with two solicitors at Rothera Bray, Kayes Walk office during this past year & both have given an excellent service. Hayley Hart was in charge of the sale of my late father's property & any questions/queries were dealt with promptly & efficiently & the sale went through smoothly. James Briggs helped myself & my sister navigate the complex process of finalising two Will Trusts & was very patient in explaining everything in 'Layman's Terms'. I would definitely use the firm again & have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would highly recommend Rotheras. I really don't know what I would have done without them. James Briggs and Richard Bates helped me through a complicated probate situation after my father passed away and were professional and diligent throughout. As the main solicitor I was working with, James helped me through a very difficult and stressful time and did all he could to make the situation as streamlined as possible. I really appreciate his help during this time, and I will definitely be returning to Rotheras in the future.

My housemate and i have had many dealings with Rotheras Solicitors since I came to Nottingham to live with him in 2002, beginning with the purchase of our house. It has always been a pleasure, on every occasion..
The latest was a somewhat complicated and long-drawn out process involving the creation of a Deed of Trust between my housemate and I. Whether or not it had features new or unusual to my ever understanding and helpful solicitor, Mr James Briggs, I don't know - whatever, he handled every twist and turn of our fortunes with a calm, professional aplomb which, in the fullness of time, produced just the wording and structure that suited our needs. Many, many thanks to you, Mr Briggs.
