Excellent conveyancing service
Boys and Maughan were recommended to us by estate agents Miles and Barr. We were very pleased with the courteous and professional service which we received throughout the buying and selling procedure from all of their staff, in particular our appointed solicitor Stephanie Power.

Conveyancing
I know it was a lot of paperwork, which i am not good with, but i did have a friend who helped me! I don't think i could go through it again with any solicitors. Only one mistake which i could have lost my flat, otherwise all good. Thank you very much i know it was your job to be extra careful and make sure everything was okay and that is why it took a long time.

Exchange to complerion
Timescale with purchaser Solicitors excellent enabling us to not have to rent during this period. We were purchasing a new build property.

"Happy Customer"
I am a very "satisfied" customer. Whilst I have used the services of Boys & Maughan previously, I came to the Birchington branch almost as a "Newby" to conveyance properties. This was achieved almost completely via email, telephone or mail, a process that suited my needs. When I did need to speak in person to my solicitor she made herself available and was very helpful. All aspects of the conveyancing were completed successfully as a result I would definitely recommend Boys and Maughan.

Smooth sale and purchase
Boys and Maughan handled the conveyancing for the sale of my house and the purchase of my next home. The turnaround time was very quick and it was all completed within less than 2 months. All relevant issues were brought to my attention and I had complete faith in their acting on my behalf.
