Stress free house sale
They say house selling is one of the most stressful times, Kate took all that stress away. She made the whole process easy and clear with great communication throughout so I knew what was going and on and when things were happening. Excellent throughout, I couldn’t recommend Kate highly enough.

Sale of building plot
Excellent professional service provided by Kate. Communication outstanding with emails and phone calls always dealt with timeously. This transaction was tricky as the purchaser’s conveyancer was particularly poor. Kate helped ensure the transaction was kept on track. We were very pleased that we engaged Kate’s services and would recommend her and Tindstills. We will be using their services in the future.
