Wow service

Couldn’t recommend Kate more!
Kate was recommended to me by a family member as it was my first time renting a commercial unit. Kate helped me to understand the process from start to end and even though it wasn’t straight forward due to issues out of our control Kate kept me informed the entire way through & was a familiar, kind & calm voice of reason when I was feeling frustrated. Auction Pack…
We approached Kate because we had viewed a comprehensive auction legal pack that she had previously prepared for a client. The whole process was dealt with seamlessly, including representation at the auction. We even received funds two weeks early from the sale which is a first! We’ve used Kates services twice since then and will continue to do so…

A somewhat complicated piece of work to ourselves was handled efficiently and professionally by Kate.
