Being a property investor, I have dealt with many solicitors in my time and I have to say these were one of the worst. What should have been a simple transfer of ownership turned into an almost five month long battle. Emails were never answered, mistakes were made over and over again, even at the point of completion when I discovered there was a mistake on their final invoice.
My case was time-sensitive and due to the length of time it took to do the conveyancing, it has costs me thousands of pounds in additional mortgage fees. I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
