AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Took over 14 months to obtain power of attorney for my late brother. Was just told just wait as theres a backlog. Couldnt check on progress as application was done by POST so no reference number given.(Does anyone know of any companies that still use post for applications). Excuse after excuse. In the end i phoned probate office myself and relayed to solicitor what they told me what they needed off her.
When this was sent it was wrong information given so had to wait weeks again.
I wish i had done the whole process myself as speaking to the probate office many times i know i could have.
