Good service
Started off the process a little slower and less communication I would have liked meaning I felt like I was chasing all the time! Which I feel you shouldn’t have to do. But.......
After speaking with the team this was rectified and from then on the service was great! Lots of updates and really pushed for what I needed towards the end of my purchase.

Amazing service
Coffin Mew have been fantastic with our house purchase from start to finish. Elizabeth and Kelly were brilliant and kept us informed every step of the way. They also answered the phone and emails whenever we contacted them so we were never left in the dark at any point. Kelly put herself out over and above to make sure our sale went through on time. I can’t thank them enough for keeping me calm and giving me confidence in such a stressful situation. Best Solicitors I’ve ever used and this is house number 9!

Conveyance
The solicitor who originally dealt with us left the firm half way through the process. However this was a blessing as the new solicitor (Kelly Carson) was amazing. She really turned things around and would have earned a 5 star review if she had been in our case from the start.

More of a Rating for Kelly Carson then Coffin Mew
Coffin Mews failed to deliver until Kelly took over our sale. I must say before her I was seriously debating changing having no real communication for about 2 months. I was passed onto 3 people in this time and thank god Kelly was the third excellent and I will be using her for another buy/sale again!
I strongly recommend her but unfortunately Coffin Mews as a company I can not due to the beginning of the sale. First 2 Solicitors had to many cases and this is why I was passed on more then once!
