Child Residency Matter
I’m delighted to share my experience with Claire of Scullions in my child residency case. After parting ways with two previous solicitors who charged exorbitant fees and showed little genuine interest in my case, I was feeling disheartened. Then I found Claire, and it’s been a game-changer. From the start, she’s been incredibly supportive, attentive, and fully committed to my cause. She’s made me feel like she’s truly in my corner, fighting for what’s best for me and my child. Her dedication and empathy have given me confidence throughout this challenging process, and I couldn’t be happier with her representation. Highly recommend!

Initial discussion about separation
I found Claire to be very knowledgeable and informative when I asked questions I had about the process. The best thing about our meeting was her understanding and gave me time to express how difficult this was emotionally for me. I will be very happy to seek her help again.

Transfer of title deeds
I have been dealing with scullion law solicitors through my whole process of the the break up of my marriage and everyone i have dealt with have been fantastic, my interactions with Claire for the back and forth getting to a point where a MOA could be agreed were very helpful, then Carly took over with the compiling of the MOA and again she was fantastic, then most recently with regards to the title of deeds transfer i have been dealing with Conor who has been very informative with the whole process, keeping me informed of any changes and requirements and very prompt in answering any questions or queries.

Matrimonial advice
I have a very constructive meeting with Claire and I found her empathetic and attentive, but above all she explained succinctly and clearly my rights and the process moving forward. I was left feeling re assured that I had a trusted advisor and wouldn't hesitate to use her again or indeed recommend to others in a similar position.
